Sprint and AT&T launch competing iPhone 6S/6S Plus offers

Sprint is offering eligible customers a free iPhone 6S when they buy either an iPhone 6S or an 6S Plus and add a second line. The carrier is also to waiving a $30 activation fee for the free device.

Sprint is also cutting the price of the latest iPads for customers who get both an iPhone and iPad on its equipment installment plan.

Meanwhile, customers interested in AT&T's 'buy one, get one free deal' for the iPhone 6 can get four lines with unlimited data for $180 per month
